Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: You will be required to pay the full amount of the order unless provided a refund under the below circumstances. - Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of booking. - Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. - No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via firstchoicepartyhire@outlook.com The cancellation date is the date on which the written request is received. Rescheduling: In lieu of a refund, clients may opt to reschedule their event based on availability. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events, both parties reserve the right to discuss and negotiate alternative arrangements.
