Service Description

Transform your events into unforgettable experiences with our premier popcorn machine rental! Whether you're hosting a cozy movie night, celebrating a milestone birthday, or organizing a corporate extravaganza, our popcorn machines add a touch of delicious nostalgia to every occasion. NOTE: We also provide you the kernels, popcorn bag and oil. INSTRUCTIONS 1) Open the glass door 2) Lift the lid via the left hand lever until it magnetises on the top 3) Place Kernels in the bowl with your scoop 4) Squirt 2-3 times of oil 5) Close the lid & glass door 6) Switch on "Turn" & "Heat" button, the "Turn" button will allow the machine to stir 7) You will hear the kernels beginning to pop approximately between 2-5 minutes 8) Once the kernels stop popping switch off the "Turn" & "Heat" button 9) Wait a moment for popcorn to settle 10) Use left hand lever to push up the lid to magnetise on the top 11) Use the right hand lever and rotate to the left to release the bowl and any popcorn 12) Once popcorn is emptied, lift bowl back in place ready to be used again 3 Control Switches: 1st Switch Controls Kettle Stirrer, 2nd Switch Controls Spot Light / Deck Warmer, 3rd Switch Controls Kettle Heater (please refer to images). Refund Policy: You will be required to pay the full amount of the order unless provided a refund under the below circumstances. - Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of booking. - Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. - No Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via firstchoicepartyhire@outlook.com The cancellation date is the date on which the written request is received. Rescheduling: In lieu of a refund, clients may opt to reschedule their event based on availability. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events, both parties reserve the right to discuss and negotiate alternative arrangements.
